What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery only for now, confirmed with a delivery code shown to you once your order is ready.

Yes, our driver installs the cylinder for free and tests it for leaks before handing it over.
How long does delivery take after I confirm an order?
Delivery time depends on current order volume and your location within Dammam. You can track the driver live on the map once your order is accepted.
How do I know a new cylinder isn't leaking?
The driver leak-tests every cylinder in front of you at installation. If you smell gas afterward, close the cylinder valve and contact us immediately — see our safety guide for details.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel for free while the order is still "Order Received" (before a driver accepts it). After that, call us.
How do I track my current order?
Enter your phone number on the order tracking page to follow its status and the driver's route live.
What if no one is home when the driver arrives?
The driver will try calling you on arrival. Make sure your phone number and address are correct when ordering to avoid delays.
Do the listed prices include delivery?
Yes, delivery is currently free within covered neighborhoods, and the price shown in your cart is the final amount due.
Do you deliver to cities other than Dammam?
Our service is currently focused on Dammam. We're planning to expand to other Eastern Province cities — stay tuned.
What is the delivery code and why does it matter?
It's a code shown only in your account, entered by the driver at handover to confirm you actually received your order. Never share it with anyone before you've received your delivery.
