This policy explains how Gas Delivery Dammam collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website or app, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

• Your mobile number (for account creation, OTP verification, and order contact).
• Your name (optional) and delivery addresses with the map coordinates you set.
• Your order history and details (products, prices, delivery status).
• Your device push token, if you enable notifications.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to fulfil and deliver your orders, communicate order status (SMS and push notifications), and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. Data sharing

The delivery driver sees your name, address, and phone number only to the extent needed to fulfil your order, and only after accepting it. We use Google Maps for address selection and Firebase for push notifications; both are governed by their providers' own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for login (a secure session) and for remembering your preferred language. We currently use no advertising cookies.

5. Retention and security

Passwords and verification codes are stored in unreadable, hashed form, and order records are retained for legally required periods. Strict access controls apply to our internal systems.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (unless a legal retention obligation applies), and you can withdraw notification consent at any time from your device settings. To make a request, email info@gasdeliverydammam.com.
