Terms of Service

By using the Gas Delivery Dammam website or placing an order through it, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

We deliver household gas (LPG) cylinders and accessories to customers within the covered neighborhoods of Dammam, every day of the week from 7:00 AM to 12:00 midnight. Currently covered neighborhoods are shown in the coverage checker on the home page.

2. Ordering and accounts

Accounts are created and verified with your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number and address you provide; the driver relies on them for contact and delivery. Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include everything shown in the order summary before confirmation; delivery is currently free unless stated otherwise in the order summary.

3. Payment

The currently available payment method is cash on delivery. Delivery is confirmed with a delivery code shown to you and entered by the driver at handover — never share this code before you have actually received your order.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge while it is still in the "Order Received" state (before a driver accepts it), providing a cancellation reason. After a driver accepts the order it can no longer be cancelled from your side — call us and the branch manager will handle exceptional cases.

5. Safety

The driver checks the cylinder and the safety of the delivery at handover. After delivery, you are responsible for safe use of the cylinder according to approved safety guidance. Do not accept a cylinder showing signs of damage — report it to us immediately.

6. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to meet the published delivery times; times can be affected by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, stock availability). Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when published on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
