How to Install a Gas Cylinder Correctly

At every delivery, our driver installs the cylinder, checks the connection is secure, and leak-tests it in front of you before leaving — this is a standard part of every delivery, not an add-on.

Make sure the cylinder stands upright and stable in a well-ventilated spot, away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight.

Check the connection hose for cracking or stiffness and replace it if you notice any damage — old hoses are one of the most common causes of leaks.

After installation, open the valve slowly and check for any gas smell around the connection point; if you smell anything, close the valve and contact us immediately instead of using the cylinder.

Keep the valve shut-off wrench somewhere you can find quickly when needed.
